A complete, self-contained setup. Path 2 (Website + Full Platform) includes everything in Path 1 plus a full CRM and contact management, opportunity pipelines to track every job, a booking calendar, advanced automations covering quote reminders and estimate workflows, the full payments suite for invoicing, estimates, documents and contracts, and a social media planner for scheduling posts across your channels. Path 2 is $297/month with the website build included (no $997 upfront). Yes. If you already have a domain name, we'll connect it to your new site. If you don't have one, we'll help you register one. Either way, you keep ownership of your domain.

Path 1 (Website + Essentials) has no minimum term. You can cancel any time with 30 days notice. Path 2 (Website + Full Platform) is a 12-month engagement covering the website build, platform setup, onboarding, and ongoing support, because properly configuring the system and training you to use it takes real investment from our side. After the first 12 months, it continues month to month with no lock-in.

Most websites are designed, built, and live within 1 to 2 weeks. The main variable is how quickly we get your content (photos, copy, branding). If you don't have much, that's fine. We'll create what's needed. The platform setup (Path 2) runs in parallel with the website build.

Your website is built and hosted on the Action Digital platform. You own your domain, your content, your photos, and your copy. If you cancel, we'll provide your content and assets so you can rebuild elsewhere. The platform-specific elements (CRM data, automations, workflows) are part of the platform and don't transfer, similar to cancelling any SaaS subscription.

SMS, email, and AI usage are billed at cost based on what you actually use. For most small businesses this works out to $20 to $50 per month in total. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. We'll walk you through the costs during your strategy call so you know exactly what to expect.
