What is GoHighLevel?
GoHighLevel is an all-in-one platform for service businesses. It combines a CRM, email and SMS marketing, funnels and websites, calendars and bookings, review requests and automation in one login, instead of six or seven separate subscriptions that do not talk to each other.
Is GoHighLevel a CRM?
Yes, a CRM is the core of it. Contacts, pipelines, conversations and follow-up all live in one database. The difference from a plain CRM is that the marketing, the website and the automation sit on top of the same data.
How much does GoHighLevel cost in Australia?
Direct from the vendor it is billed in US dollars with no GST invoice and no setup help. Through us you pay an AUD price plus GST, with the setup done for you. See the pricing above.
Is the monthly fee everything I pay?
Almost. Your plan fee covers the platform and the work in your package, billed in AUD with a GST invoice. Usage is separate: emails, SMS, phone calls and AI run from a prepaid wallet you top up, charged at cost as you use it. Most small businesses spend a few dollars a month on it. You are never billed for usage you have not used.
Do I really need someone to set it up?
Not necessarily. If you enjoy tech and have a spare week, you can do it yourself and we will point you at the free trial. Most owners we talk to have tried that already and want it done properly instead.
I already have a GoHighLevel account. Can I move it to you?
Yes. Transferring is straightforward and you keep your funnels, contacts and automations. You move onto AUD billing with GST invoices and get an Australian team supporting the account.
Do you build websites?
Yes. Web design is one of the things Action Digital does, and we can build your site inside the platform or connect the one you already have. Websites are quoted separately from the setup packages above.
What if I want to leave?
No lock-in contracts. Cancel before your next billing cycle. Setup fees and fees already paid are not refundable.
