The 30-day check-in is included to make sure you're getting value. If something isn't working at 30 days, we fix it. You're never alone with the platform.
No. The standalone Platform has no minimum term. You can cancel any time with 30 days notice. The reason: we don't have a build cost to recoup like our Website + Platform path does. You're paying for the platform, the setup, and the support. If you need to leave, you take your data and go.
The $297/month covers the platform, all features, setup, and support. SMS, email, voice, and mobile number costs are billed via SaaS billing on top, with a $30 AUD credit included monthly. Most light users land inside the credit. Active users see $10-$30 AUD overage. We pass through Twilio's actual SMS rate (no markup on SMS), and you only pay for what you actually use. You need a website somewhere — either yours, ours, or someone else's. The platform's chat widget, lead forms, and retargeting pixel embed on whatever site you have. If you don't have a site, or your current one can't accept embeds, we have a Website Build path ($297/month with a 12-month term) that bundles a professional build with the platform. We'll talk you through it on the kickoff call.
Not in this offer. AI conversation agents (webchat AI, AI voice receptionist, AI review responses) are a separate product because they require additional setup and ongoing infrastructure costs. Most clients start with the Platform alone, see results, and consider AI as an upgrade after 60-90 days. We'll publish the AI page soon. Ask about it on your kickoff call if you're interested.

If you use Xero or MYOB for accounting, the platform integrates. If you use ServiceM8, Tradify, or other job-management software, the platform sits alongside (not in place of) it. We don't try to replace your accounting or trade-specific job management. We replace your CRM, communication, marketing, and customer-database tools.

Not in the $297/month: AI conversation agents (separate product), Yext citation management (we recommend the Local SEO add-on if you want it), paid ad management (Meta Ads or Google Ads are separate services), and trade-specific job-management software (you keep using ServiceM8 or similar).
