What is the minimum ad spend?
We recommend a minimum of $30 per day, which works out to roughly $900–$1,000 per month. This is paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) - it's separate from our management fee. At this level, there's enough budget for the algorithm to learn and optimise, and enough data for us to make smart decisions each week.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Unlike most agencies, we don't charge a setup fee. Everything - campaign build, creative production, Conversions API setup, CRM sync - is included in your first month's retainer. You pay the same $997/month from day one.
Do you create the ads or do I?
We handle everything. We write the ad copy, design the images, and produce the video reels. You don't need to provide creative assets or come up with ideas - though if you have photos of your work, we'll absolutely use them. The better the raw material, the better the ads perform.
How long before I see results?
Most clients start seeing leads within the first 1–2 weeks of campaigns going live. Meta Ads work faster than SEO - you're paying to put your business in front of people right now. That said, the first 2–4 weeks are a learning phase where we gather data and optimise. Results typically improve each week as we refine targeting and creative based on real performance.
What if I want to cancel?
There's no lock-in. You work with us month to month. If you want to stop, just let us know before your next billing cycle. We'll hand over your ad account and any creative assets we've produced. Everything we build in your Meta Business Manager stays yours.
